Horizontal folding bed without frame
The new UD series of frameless beds are manufactured in 3 frame depths; 38 cm, 45 cm and 60 cm deep. All of them have a recess for adjusting to the skirting board at the bottom rear and come as standard with a slatted base, floor levellers and gravity-activated legs.
The particularity of the new UD series is that the frame disappears from view, as the bed gate overlaps the structure itself.
The programme pays special attention to details and accessories; straps, folding tables, lower recess in the front of the bed, signature legs and the entire range of finishes from the 079- series, so that the personalisation of your rooms is limited only by the space available

In recent years, many objects have evolved towards a more monolithic, simple and smooth formal appearance, in which their constituent parts are barely distinguishable.
This affects the way we perceive them and, in a certain sense, their contemporaneity.
A frameless object eliminates cumbersome joints and provides a diaphanous sensation with which we better appreciate the colour of the surface, its texture and its proportion.
In the case of this innovative folding system programme, the elimination of the frame also allows for a slight reduction in the dimensions, both in width and height, to create maximum space in the room when the bed is not in use.
Features of UD folding beds
Functional:
The integrated handles also function as legs on the single and lower beds. They lower automatically by gravity and have a hidden locking system that prevents them from accidentally folding when they are resting on the floor. They can be levelled to ensure correct seating.
The structure of the furniture has hidden levellers, adjustable from the inside, a cut-out to clear skirting boards and a trim on the underside of the ceiling.
Compact:
All beds in the UD programme are based on the same space-saving principle, so that when the bed is not in use the room is freed up for other uses.
Integrable:
One of the main advantages of UD folding beds is their ability to integrate with other furniture in the collection, such as wardrobes, lofts, drawers, etc., providing a flush and homogeneous appearance to the whole.
Safe:
Safety is the most important aspect, especially with the smallest users in mind, which is why the safety of these beds has been reinforced, incorporating an automatic locking mechanism for opening the bed and for the access ladder.
Other small improvements worth mentioning:
The cumbersome straps holding the mattress have been replaced by unlosable elastic straps and the protective barriers have been improved.
Accessibility:
As practical as they are, we have to admit that when it comes to cleaning the beds, we forget about all their other benefits. It
has always been uncomfortable and cumbersome to access all the angles of the upper bed, but now, that is just a bad memory of times gone by, because UD beds incorporate a position that tilts the bed thirty-five degrees to facilitate this operation.
The UD series of horizontal folding beds are available in various sizes. Thanks to a surprisingly strong, slim and light structure, the UD horizontal bed is perfect for rooms or spaces where there is not much depth.
Available in different sizes in single and double versions.
